Overview

NexG is a mobile job marketplace designed to help users discover nearby job opportunities based on location, skills, and availability. The platform enables employers to post jobs and hire quickly, while workers can apply, chat, and manage applications in one place.

The Challenge

Finding nearby short-term or flexible jobs is often inefficient, especially for workers without strong networks. Employers also struggle to quickly find available and relevant candidates for immediate roles, leading to delays and missed opportunities.

Our Solution

Built a map-based job discovery platform using Flutter that allows users to find jobs near them, filter by pay rate and job type, and apply instantly. Employers can post jobs, define requirements, and communicate directly with applicants through an integrated chat system.
